We offer a variety of catering services to suit your needs—from simple drink drop-offs and DIY bubble tea kits to full-service event hosting with on-site staff.

What is the notice period required to make a booking

Most requirements our team can fullfil them with a 48 hour notice, depending on customisation and packages it would change.

What bubble tea drinks and toppings do you offer

We offer a wide variety of bubble tea drinks—from classic milk tea flavours to creative custom blends. You can mix and match to suit your taste! Our toppings include tapioca pearls, flavoured popping pearls, jellies, and more.

What is the minimum amount of drinks needed to make an order

20 Drinks per flavour minimum required.

We offer drinks in several sizes which include 360ml, 500ml and 8LT. We also offer bubble tea bar for hosted events.

What location in Sydney do you offer delivery to

We deliver to most areas across Sydney, including the CBD, Northern Beaches, North West, Western Sydney, South Sydney, and surrounding suburbs.

For special events, we’re also flexible with delivery to areas such as the Blue Mountains, Wollongong, and the Central Coast—just let us know your requirements and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

What payment options are available

When placing your bubble tea catering order with Calitea, you have the option of making payment in person or EFT Bank Transfer.

Deposits via EFT are required to secure your booking.
